People think that AMWAY is a pyramid scheme and think that AMWAY products are costly and also don't prefer to listen???

First of all people should understand that Amway is not a “Pyramid Scheme”, it works on monthly turnover not on head count.

Now regarding cost and quality.....

We live in society where people buy:
  • Coffee @ 150 bucks daily in CCD that costs 15 bucks to make. That is 10 times the cost price.
  • For the price of a bottled water, you could buy at least gallons of municipal water.
  • The average mark up on food in restaurants is 250-300%.
  • We can buy local jeans for 500 bucks but prefer to go for branded that is 4000 bucks.

These same people who get scammed daily are coming and tell you that Amway is an MLM company and there is a high mark up because they pay the customers to refer people.

These days companies are paying 45-50% of their revenue on marketing. You see attractive commercials on TV advertising a product (which is the real brainwash) and you go and buy it, not realizing that you just paid for the commercial as a markup in your product.

There are actors/sports persons getting paid MILLIONS of rupees just to use/wear branded products, these millions come from huge markups that were made with a child labor workforce and cost them barely anything.

MLM companies just pay the marketing money to their people who market their products. They prefer paying the money to their people rather than paying to media companies, and give people a chance to do some extra work on the side.
So first try the products and try the other “comparable” products. If you feel you got value, great. If not, go for other products.

Quality speaks when you use them.
Amway covers all the products under 100% product satisfaction guarantee for thirty day from the date of purchase. Money will be refunded if you are dissatisfied even if you use 30% of the product.
Only condition is that the products must be purchased from Amway distributor only, not from any other online portal.
Quality comes with price but it becomes an attribute when it justifies it’s price and at many fronts it beats the market products on COST PER USE economic comparison.
Amway products are EEE: EFFECTIVE + ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY + ECONOMIC (value for money).
If a person uses Amway products once, they will not like any other product because of its quality.
Amway's products are patent products. No product can compete with Amway. Amway's products are cheaper on cost per use.

Can we Motivate our Downline to Take Action

Can we Motivate our Downline to Take Action

People join MLM business as to do business as part time, but gets demotived when their downlines don't work.

One of the most common question asked by a new emerging leader in network marketing is how to motivate their downline to get into action.

“Am I doing something wrong because I’ve signed 18 people and not even a single person is doing anything. I use to send encouraging messages, recommend training materials, chat about their dreams and goals but nothing changes. I even take them to meetings, paid for training materials out of my own pocket. Where am I wrong?”

This is a common question of many joinees, because they know that in network marketing we earn money (fortune) by leveraging the time, talent and energy of lots of people(downline). i.e. Lots of people each doing a little bit.

So is there any way to ignite our downline to take action?

Unfortunately, it is a complete "NO". Because you cannot want success more for your team
members (downline) than they want for themselves. We can't change anyone's destiny.

You can show them the path, support them with training materials, coaching and even encourage them to participate in company sponsored events & seminars to get the bigger picture, but you can’t run the race for them.

Leaders always try to motivate them, but if no one is ready to grow.. the best thing you can do is go and start to build a new team.

Stop investing time on people who are not doing anything. Those who understand the business and want to take action, work with them.

People who want to wark will call themselves for advice and counselling. Make them attend events, seminars, read training material, etc. They will trouble you like crazy people for the first few days, once they learn everything from you, they will start building business on their own.

The reality is -
  • 80-82% of the people you introduce to this business of network marketing will never do anything.
  • 10-12% will sponsor 20-30 new members and wait for them to make them rich, once they failed to do so they get discouraged and quit.
  • So now only 6-10% people left. These people are committed to produce result. These are your leaders.
Moral of the Story

If you want to do network marketing business, keep on trying, as there are 6-10% people who will do it and change their DESTINY.

IT IS GOOD TO FIND A NEW PERSON, THAN TO FOCUS ON PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT DOING.
